Our services
Therapy for Adults
Our team of therapists pride themselves on creating a calm and safe space to support adults, no matter where you are in your journey of life. We are trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, and will work with you to determine how we can best support. Whether you’re managing anxiety or depression symptoms, are experiencing grief after a loss, feeling overwhelmed or stressed by life, or simply looking for a support as you walk through life, we are here to help. We are honored each time you walk through our doors.
Couples Therapy
Whether you’ve been in a relationship for 6 months or 60 years, relationships all have their hardships. Our therapists are trained to be neutral parties when facing challenges within your marriage or relationship. Sometimes making the call for some support is the first step we need to find a place of peace.
Diagnosis
We see each client for their individual strengths and needs. Your therapist will work with you based on your identified goals. Each of our clinicians are trained to diagnose based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).
Therapy for Children & Adolescents
Is your child or teenager showing symptoms of anxiety or depression? Or is your child acting out? Has your child recently gone through a stressful event, like a divorce in the family or death of a loved one? Does your child seem to be run by a motor and full of energy? No matter what you’re facing with your child, we are here and ready to support you. Our team of therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet your child where they are at, and move towards a place of peace and healing.
Screening & Assessment
Our clinicians are trained to gather initial information through clinical interviews and standardized assessments. We also utilize Measurement Based Care and use standardized assessments throughout your therapy journey as an open door for conversation between therapist and client in regards to what is going well in therapy process and any needed changes. You guide your own treatment.
Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health
It’s been said years 0-5 of our lives are the most important in terms of brain growth and emotional development. We are proud to offer services to our youngest population and their parents. We offer three of the most scientifically supported treatment modalities for our youngest clients- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Circle of Security-Parenting. If you have concerns about the social-emotional development of your young child, if your child has experienced trauma in their young years of life, or if you feel like your relationship needs strengthened, give us a call today.
Treatment Planning
We strive to make each therapy experience as unique and individualized as the clients themselves. Based on findings from initial screenings, assessments, and intakes, your therapist will work with you to identify specific and measurable goals and objectives to guide your treatment.
Consultative Services
We partner with local school districts, educators, early childhood programs, and daycares to provide consultative services in relation to mental health concerns or questions.
